No returns/refunds. All sales made at PawnNShop/Fancy Jewelry & Loan are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product. 

We make great effort to try to ensure the item description includes all information about an item including what comes with it, but on the slight chance the description has an error, the pictures will take priority in determining the item’s condition. We strongly encourage all to carefully examine the descriptions and pictures for more details, including but not limited to condition, items included, defects, or any other notable detail.
